1. PARTIES

All prices are in U.S. dollars. PENNOLA reserves the right to adjust rates with 30 days written notice to the Client.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide safe, unobstructed access to the Property at the agreed service time.
Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and personal documents prior to service.
Notify PENNOLA of any hazardous conditions, biohazards, or special handling requirements.
Provide advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation of individual visits.
5. PENNOLA RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise specified herein.
Assign trained, background-checked cleaning professionals to the Property.
Maintain general liability insurance coverage during the term of this agreement.
Treat client property and information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
Notify Client promptly of any damage, spills, or incidents observed during service.
Perform all services in a professional, thorough, and timely manner.
6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
Either party may cancel an individual visit with at least advance written or verbal notice, without penalty.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. PENNOLA reserves the right to terminate immediately for: non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or client misconduct.
In the event of Client-initiated termination before the end of a fixed contract term, any pre-paid amounts for un-rendered services will be refunded within 14 business days.
7. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
PENNOLA carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by PENNOLA's negligence, Client must report it within 24 hours of the service visit. PENNOLA will not be liable for:
Pre-existing damage or wear not reported prior to service.
Damage to improperly secured, fragile, or antique items not disclosed in advance.
Loss of items that are not clearly identified as belonging to the Client.
Damage resulting from Client-supplied equipment or cleaning products.
PENNOLA's total liability shall not exceed the value of one month's contracted services.
8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If Client is dissatisfied with any service visit, Client must notify PENNOLA within 24 hours of the service. PENNOLA will return to re-clean the disputed areas at no additional charge. This guarantee is limited to one re-clean per visit.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Orleans Parish, Louisiana before any litigation is commenced.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior verbal or written communications regarding the subject matter herein. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
